For custom team wear, it needs at least the following steps.

First, Design

We have the professional designer to adjust your own design to fit the template, or make the new design with your specail idea.Then we will show you the deisgn and mock up to check the design and color, so that you can sneak peek before production.

Second, Printing

After comfirm the design and color, the next step is print. We use the advanced digital printing technology to make sure the color is correct and colorful to the greatest extent. And we use the most suitable paper to print to guarantees there is not the breaken during printing!

Third, Sublimation

the next is sublimation. We alway clean the machine to keep it clean. And the material also is closed before been used so that we can guarantee there is nothing expect the inage and logo on products during sublimating!

Forth, Stitching

In fact, after sublimation, there are cutting, makeuping, then it's stitching. All of our sewing worker is experience, so we can make the sew is  smooth and there is no missing needle and thread ends.
